RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you’re delighted with your Rilave jewellery. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Return
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items. Once you notify us, you then have a further 30 days to return the jewellery to us.
To start a return or exchange, please email info@rilave.co.uk with your name and order number. We’ll reply with return instructions to help you complete the process smoothly.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive a response within 24 hours.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Jewellery showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Rings
Rings must be returned unworn and free from surface marks. Any protective tags (if supplied) must remain intact.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

A £4.75 reshipping fee applies to exchanges

If an item was purchased using a discount or promotional code, the reshipping fee will still apply

Multiple exchanges on the same order may incur additional reshipping charges
Please note: Sale items are non-exchangeable.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return

Card refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
Refunds cannot be issued for items lost after delivery to the customer.
Shipping & Return Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit

Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange
If your return causes your original order value to fall below a free-delivery threshold, the standard delivery cost may be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@rilave.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery, including clear photos.

Manufacturing faults must be reported within 6 months of purchase

Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Our jewellery may feature natural stones or materials. Variations in colour, tone, or texture are natural characteristics and do not indicate a fault.
