If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@rilave.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost, please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
